Matreya is a small independent, non-commercial online initiative coordinated from Varna by Dzmitry Arlou. Our existing library contains ten editorial longreads across thirteen language versions. They introduce Buddhist philosophy, science, text preservation and AI, with sources and AI-assistance disclosures. They are editorial publications, not peer-reviewed research papers or evidence of academic accreditation. [1]

Simsara is a separate experimental project for observing fictional agents. An agent's displayed thought is generated simulation output; it does not demonstrate consciousness. Future research needs explicit protocols, recorded model settings, behavioural tests and cost measurements. We will distinguish a prepared feature, a tested preview and a publicly verified release. [2]

The journal will carry practical research explainers, verified resource news and a Matreya diary. The editorial target is two original topics a day, with a third when a substantive event justifies it, translated into the site's thirteen languages. We will report published links, corrections and available search data; missing measurements will remain missing. No grant award, library partnership or completed Buddhist training dataset is announced in this note. The next step is a modest, permission-aware text pilot and clearer evaluation of the simulation.
