Matreya self-hosted reading fonts

Derived from Noto Serif fonts, distributed under SIL Open Font License 1.1.
The included OFL files preserve original copyright and licence notices.
Static weight 400; synthetic bold is used for emphasis.
CJK fonts are subset to the published translations; other scripts retain full coverage.
No third-party font requests are made by the website.
